Power Flushing & Chemical Flushing
If a system is left unchecked, it is common for rust and sludge can build up over time, leading to all sorts of problems, such as pipework restriction. There are two methods that can be used to clean out the system and may result in increasing the longevity of your system and boiler.
Power flushing is a technique which uses chemicals and a high water pressure to flush out sludge from heating systems and boilers. Where as Chemical Flushing uses a combination of different chemicals to achieve the same effect.

Gas Appliance Installation & Disconnection
It is a legal requirement to use a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer to complete the installation or disconnection of a gas appliance. At Premier Gas Services, we offer appointments to connect your gas appliance to the gas supply. Our professionals will install the appliance safely and fully test it. All gas appliances in your property should be safety checked by a Gas Safe Registered engineer annually. Appliances should be serviced according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Any gas appliance left unchecked could leave you at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Carbon Monoxide
(CO) is an invisible yet highly poisonous gas that is produced by the incomplete burning of natural gas. This can happen when a gas appliance has been incorrectly fitted, badly repaired or poorly maintained. If undetected, carbon monoxide can be deadly. In addition to regularly servicing your gas appliances, we also recommend you have carbon monoxide detectors in your home, to alert you to any risk.

Gas Fire Installation & Service
Our Gas Safe Registered engineers are qualified and insured to install gas fires and complete full services. Annual servicing of your gas fire will identify any defects before they turn into a significant issue that may stop it from working efficiently, or perhaps at all. It is also important to ensure your gas fire is running safely in your home.
We install and service all makes of gas fires including Inset, wall mounted or floor standing.
An installation is composed of three main sections:
1. We will visit your property and provide a free survey and quotation.
2. We will remove an old gas fire (if required) and confirm the measurements of any necessary chimney openings for the manufacturers requirements.
3. Our Gas Safe Registered engineers will install the new gas fire ensuring as little disruption to your home as possible.
Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
As a Landlord, you have a legal duty in any rented accommodation to ensure all gas appliances are safety checked to ensure the wellbeing of tenants.
A Gas Safety Record is the documentation that will be given to you after an engineer has completed work at your property. All of our Gas Safe Registered engineers have extensive experience working with landlords and letting agents, and are qualified to carry out these checks efficiently and to industry standards. You will always be provided with the documentation you require (CP12).
